hey guys, today where's doing 6 exercises 3 sky high, supermans, push-ups, triceps dips, flutter kicks and run and press. Do 4 rounds 30sec work, 20sec rest and 1min rest between rounds. I hope you enjoy the workouts ? if you would like me to put out some workouts with weights let me know ?
