MoviesSupernatural suspense flicks (Skeleton Key, The Omen, The Reaping, etc.), effects-heavy movies with a dense plot, preferably with a twist (Prometheus, Inception, Limitless, etc.), tear-jerking dramas (The Blind Side, Precious) romantic comedies (Something Borrowed, Indecent Proposal), some horror (the "Saw" series, The "Hostel" series), gay-themed films (An Ordinary Family, The "Eating Out" series). I like them all.

I can skip bad, "B" or low-budget movies that aren't even cult-worthy (usually anything with "zombie" in the title or those where the plot only consists of "how many young, good-looking people can we kill off in 90 min?).
TelevisionSome favs are American Horror Story, True Blood, Family Guy, Will And Grace, Property Brothers, 30 Rock, Hoarders, A Haunting, Ellen...

I'm more than over "reality celebrities." I don't care about the Kardashians, the drunks of Jersey Shore, the backwards fanaticism of Duck Dynasty or Honey Boo Boo. I wish people would stop watching that stuff...
