I have completely given up. There is no point in trying to find love. People say dont look for it it will find you. Thats a load of crap. They also say you have to love yourself before someone can love you. Thats a load of garbage as well. I have to realize that I am not meant for love. I am meant to be lonely. So its official I QUIT.

Listen. I've been by myself for about 16 years. Finding love is not easy. I know that there is somebody for everyone. We all have baggage that we carry around with us. I'm finding that yes I am alone at this time doesn't mean it will be this way forever. It will only feel bad if you let feel that way.

I don't remember if I've shared this with you before or not, but many years ago, a friend said this to me in regard to gay men and relationships and why they often fail or do not last...

I dont really get men anymore. Does no one want a relationship? I know part if it is where I am located but why is love too much to ask? I am a nice guy. I love life. Is that not appealing to anyone? I am almost 40 years old and the longest relationship I have had was only 3 months. I dont understand why no one will give me a chance.
