Listening to a program on NPR called On Point and the subject was about friendship and statically we are less friends now than we were a decade ago! As I was was watching the news today, it seemed that America has hit the critical level of ultimate chaos! The pit in stomach dropped further and I had to tune out and meditate and remember to live in the present, not worry about what happened yesterday or what is going to happen in the future but focus on the what's happening now.
