I really, really want a cigarette right now. But there aren't any in the house and it's been over 2 years since I've had one, so no. The urge will pass.

I really, really want a dick or mouth or ass right now. Same thing lol
Go for the dick, mouth, or ass it'll be more pleasurable ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
Are you aware that in 15 years, your lungs will heal as if you never smoked? In time, this urge will pass entirely, and you will know how discussing cigs is.

I smoked from age 12 until about six years ago - TGH, I've lost count of the years.
Oh my, you're so raw! Well, if you need a volunteer... ๐Ÿ˜
Never ever smoked in my life, But I have had dick and Ass, So I Get Ya!!!!!! Hugs
I quit almost 2 years ago after 40 years of smoking.. I still would like to have one but there is alot of things id like to have also.. hehe

I'm giving a shout out to my Lifeout friends in Texas. Especially you, Wyndwyck! You guys have some hard things to deal with down there, and that's an understatement. But you also live in a beautiful state with a rich culture that produces some awesome people. Hugs to all. Including you, Wyndwyck ๐Ÿ˜
Thank you for your support and kind words! ๐Ÿ˜˜
Asa is on the phone, and I read this to him; he says, Fabulous!
I'm glad he got to hear it.
I didn't connect the dots until just now. This horrific tragedy saddens us all: the families, friends, and young souls who are now gone. The shooter, his family, and the young who witnessed this now have to live with the nightmares and memories.

Prayers go out to everyone.

The Reps speaking out and Senators must stop this Constitutional Rights BS and are afraid as they sit on their power.

In today's local news, it seems there may be bipartisan support for the legislation, but this legislation

Some posts are pleasant and light hearted. Some are very serious. When commenting, maybe match the tone of the post? And think about whether what you're saying sounds like a put down of the person or what they posted?
Very well said!
So should I match the passive aggression of this one... or....?
Yes. I was going for polite, but it could be taken that way.
I just want THIS... *draws 8 circles in the air with a finger around all of this shit that has been said in the past 4 hours* whatever this is... to STOP.

I want it to stop now.

It isn't useful or helpful for anyone.

One person gets sore over criticism of a stupid fuckin' meme and the whole forest burns down.

*flicks cigarette into stream of escaping flammable gas*

Do not play.
Generally, if I cannot compliment a person's post, I move on to the next. If I have a different opinion and can state it in a way that still complements the ongoing dialogue in the said post, I will.

Otherwise, I might send a private message to the author or move on.
I always appreciate how respectful you are about my Paganism. You've never been negative or disparaging. You've even been engaging. Different religions can co-exist.
Thank you. And in turn, I appreciate how open and interactive you are with Christianity.
Christianity never left me 100%, some aspects are still there and always will be. Technically, I'm a ChristoPagan. I always like what you have to share about your beliefs.
ChristoPagan! I like that. Did you coin this?
No, it's a term coined some time ago to describe a syncretic fusion of different, and often conflicting, religious beliefs. Christianity and Paganism in particular.
I see a book by River Higginbotham. ChristoPaganism would be interesting to discuss; I think ChristoPagans do not believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah.
I think it depends on the individual, and how much of a Christian foundation they had, and how much Christianity is currently a part of their life. It could run the gamut from almost entirely Pagan with some Christianity, to almost entirely Christian with some Paganism. It's really a personal choice.

Some argue that you can't be both Pagan and Christian. Well, yes you can. It's called syncretism. I personally know people who are Pagan and Wiccan, who acknowledge Jesus as a deity of the Christian
