Officially down 25 pounds since January 17, 2024. I am so ready to be down to 160 pounds. Working hard and will meet that goal within the next year. I can actually put my arms down and not look like they are being pushed away by the stomach.
Congadulatoms. Looks good. Have you incorporated a change in the way you consume food & fuel after your workout?
Yes I have. After a workout I drink a lot of water and also a protein shake. I also no longer do a lot of snacking like I used to. It's time to get down to my goal weight and get ripped.
Let me know if you want to talk about the post-protein shake and a potential alternative & no sodas.

Your goal weight requires dedication. Are you doing cardio [like the Elliptical Cross Trainer] after weight lifting?
I drink a soda a week now, from drinking 2-3 a day. I have one energy drink a day before the gym, because I can't stand pre-workout and then lot's of water. I drink a 42 gram protein shake immediately after I am finished working out and that has definitely helped.

If you don't mind me saying --That it's excellent to fuel the protein immediately after the workout - I'm concerned about what's in the protein shake [the carb-to-protein ratio and the source of carbs & the sugars. Then, within one hour after working out, you should have a meal -like several ounces of chicken, veggies, and good carbs, or skip the carbs.
I have to eat a couple hours after the gym because I have to head to class. ;I usually do try to eat either some chicken and rice and some veggies. I eat jasmine rice that is steamed. For a snack I will eat a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. I will have to check the carb to protein ratio for the protein shake.

The last reports I read advise separating your weight lifting by three to four days, giving the muscles time to heal and build. The intention is to build lean muscle mass. You might consider cardio for two to three days between and during the off days. I like the Elliptical Cross Trainer to burn off subcutaneous fat & long-distance power walking.

Your weight goal 160 is a lean build – the protein shake raises concern. 42 g of protein is excellent, but I imagine the ingredients are a paragraph

I really wish I could find some cock to fill my ass tonight, but I think my size is still keeping that from happening. I will be glad when the weight is completely gone. Also a new cock pic, it seems to look a little bigger these days after dropping some of the weight that I picked up along the years.

You can do it! Consistency is the key. Sweat a little everyday. Eat a little healthier week by week. Don't worry about the little stuff, and if you have a setback, then get right back after it the next day!
