I fry bacon on a vegetable oil coated electric griddle with a grease drain. Once well cooked, I place the strips of bacon single-layered between paper towels and press down so the grease is absorbed into the paper. This leaves the bacon nice and crisp. I do cook my eggs in the residual grease on the griddle once the bacon is cooked. Yes, it makes the eggs taste so good. WalSmart has the griddles for around 20 bucks.Aug 13 2022 at 4:17pm · 1 person likes this

I think so, but I do not own one so don't know for certain. It might make quite a mess, but the area around a griddle gets bacon grease sprayed on it too.Aug 13 2022 at 4:23pm · 1 person likes this

Cooking bacon in the oven saves on the mess. You could also do it in the air fryer in a single layer. Your lube might be scratchy LOL

I use to have an old crock I'd poor my bacon fat into. I was shamed to throw it out saying I was disgusting. How easy I was to sway. I want my old crock back. I want my renderings
