So I've had a pretty crappy night I fell and broke my ankle so now gotta go see a orthopedic surgeon to see if I will have to end up having surgery on it or not

Oh no! Did they give you pain meds? My neighbor had a massive ball of cancer taken out of her gut, and they gave her 0 pain meds.

If you're familiar with physical therapy, you know not to tolerate a therapist you feel is not doing good for you. Do you know of an excellent Physical Therapy Center in your area?

Your insurance may pay for a stand-alone center as opposed to a center in a hospital.

They gave me a shot than a pill to help me through tonight than go get a prescription tomorrow.

The only physically therapy I know if is like 30 mins away from me not sure how much it will cost me to go though

If you have insurance, they will pay. But, maybe only for in-hospital rehab -hopefully not.

Google `Centers for Sports Medicine`, and all sorts of rehab will populate.

I've been going to UPMC Rooney Sports Complex for years - the name changes. lol.

Major league Sports teams go there, but I get with the Director, and I tell them I am not here for a quick fix as they are inclined [the younger guys] to work with athletes.

I think in-hospital PT will be cheaper and you might appeal to the hospital as this is necessary can you afford it? Perhaps there is a program or benefit you're eligible for.
