Well im back in recovery again ....a year and a half ago for those that don't know I had a heart attack while at work .....well 2 weeks ago I had my 2nd and it wad a pretty bad one I list about 20% of my heart function and had to take 3 weeks off work so things are tight right now but I always seems to manage....I had a 100% blockage in the same spot cause the stint failed so 3 more went in to help not do that again I hope the important thing is I made it and I get to keep waking up ....
Sounds like you should have had coronary artery bypass surgery. Much more successful and a more or less permanent solution to arterial blockage. I have been through the double heart attack scene like you, and I insisted on bypass surgery. That was 18 yrs ago and am in good health.
I have a friend AL who was on LO for years and nearly died of a heart disease he had suffered from for many years. His doc put him on a vegan diet with specifics. He's re-opened his Engineering business, going strong and walking 3 miles daily, and is in his 70s.
