You're tall, lean, and defined, and that's great. You could work on a little pump and your definition -if that's what you want. I like tall and lean.

If you get pumped, you could gain stretch marks.

If you're going to work out, take a pure Whey isolate and a little OJ container on ice; after your workout, mix and drink. Then eat chicken or salmon, etc. - a good and balanced protein & good carbs meal 1 hour after your workout.
