LifeOUT Systems, LLC hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the LifeOUT.com Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the LifeOUT.com website and using LifeOUT.com services.

(*) advertising to, or solicitation of, any member to buy or sell any products or services through LifeOUT.com. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from LifeOUT.com in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent.

(*) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of any service provided by LifeOUT Systems, LLC.

(*) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

(*) interfere with or disrupt the LifeOUT.com servers, networking or computing equipment.

(*) initiate, facilitate, participate in any malicious action aimed at LifeOUT.com.

(*) try to gain access to areas that are private to LifeOUT Systems, LLC or to other LifeOUT.com members.

(*) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or any regulation having the force of law.

(*) stalk or otherwise harass another.

(*) collect, intercept or harvest member information.

(*) collect, intercept or store personal data about other users on LifeOUT.com.

(*) selling or otherwise transferring your profile.

(*) using the account, username, or password of another member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account.

(*) maintain multiple personal accounts without prior permission from LifeOUT Systems, LLC.

You acknowledge that:

(*) we do not pre-screen material posted or transmitted on LifeOUT.com, but that we shall have the right in our sole discretion to review, edit, delete, or refuse to post any material submitted for display on LifeOUT.com. We have the right to remove any material that violates this User Agreement, that we believe in good faith may cause liability for us, or that we deem otherwise objectionable. We have the right to terminate access to any entity who posts such material.

You agree to not use the service for the purpose of advertising. We have the right to remove any content and/or account that was created for the purpose of advertising. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us before using the services.

LifeOUT Systems, LLC accepts no legal liability for third-party products or services listed or advertised.

The foregoing limitations on liability shall be applicable even if LifeOUT Systems, LLC or the applicable third party knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This agreement contains the complete and final statement of the understanding between you and LifeOUT Systems, LLC with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, agreements or communications, whether written or oral, between you and LifeOUT Systems, LLC concerning the subject matter of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is rendered by a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of this agreement which shall remain in full force and effect and be enforced in accordance with its remaining terms. The waiver by LifeOUT Systems, LLC of a breach or default of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or other provisions; nor shall any delay or omission on the part of LifeOUT Systems, LLC to exercise or avail itself of any right, power or privilege that it has or may have hereunder operate as a waiver of any breach or default by you.
