If you are having issues with the video player, chat client, or IM client not displaying properly, the most frequent cause is an outdated version of Adobe Flash or some other issue with Flash plugin.

NOTE: Issues with video speed / buffering are not caused by this. This is a result of internet congestion and/or speed and something we have no control over. Contact your ISP if this issue is persistent.

NOTE: If you are an AOL user, AOL installation causes issues with Flash. We have found that uninstallation and then reinstallation of Flash generally remedies these problems. If this does not correct the problem, go to "settings" found on the right side of the video page and set "video quality" to "regular quality".
