feel sad about that .... my situation is this, eventhough my family don't like my sexual preferences but at least they accept me as I am... they just dont like me showing myself to them (meaning they dont want me to act my own self) but I can do what ever I like and I have my own decision and I know they respect ... they just dont like me to do things against the law that's all

Best to make your own way in the world, provide for yourself and be independant:) You dont have to answer to anyone includeing your parents if you support yourself....take care

There is so much intolerance in this world for anyone who does not fit the norm of what the so called normal people believe. Thank goodness that you are in the USA where, while we are not perfect, we are learning to accept the individual for who then are and not their sexual preferences. Being that you are in California, that is even better for you.

Eventually your family or at least some of them will learn to accept you as the person they always loved. Though it may take a long time and some may never accept you. That will be their loss. The main thing is for you to believe in you and become the best person that you can. Always Love yourself first and you will succeed in what ever path you take. Just know that you will have a lot of support from your friends here in LifeOut and feel the Love we have for you.
